Ms. Pichney practices in the areas of estates, wills and trusts, tax matter resolution and non-profit and for-profit entity formation. She has extensive experience creating comprehensive estate plans and in tax problem resolution having served as an Attorney-Advisor to the Chief Judge of the United States Tax Court in Washington DC where she drafted eight Tax Court Memorandum Decisions. She represents business and personal taxpayers with outstanding tax liabilities, liens, levies, and garnishments and delinquent filings and is skilled at using Offers in Compromise and negotiating settlements.
